Not afraid to do the tough work, I’ve bought a few houses other people might be afraid to even go into. And turned them into gems. It’s a lot of hard work but I like to get my hands dirty, figure things out, make things better.

I’ve made money on every house I’ve bought and sold, some more than others! But in each case, I improved a neighborhood and left behind a nice house for a new family to enjoy.
